Gift Voucher Terms & Refund Policy

1. General

• Gift vouchers issued by Mr Lo (“we”, “our”, “us”) may be redeemed for goods or services at our business locations in Western Australia.

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

2. Expiry

• Vouchers issued on or after 1 November 2019 have a minimum validity period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless a longer expiry is stated.

• The expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher.

• After the expiry date, any unused value will be forfeited.

3. Redemption

• Vouchers may be redeemed in whole or in part for goods and services up to the remaining value of the voucher.

• Any unused balance will remain as credit on the voucher until expiry.

• Vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or used for payment of other vouchers.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Please treat vouchers like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of vouchers.

• Replacement may be considered at our discretion if you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

5. Consumer Rights

• This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• If goods or services purchased with a voucher fail to meet consumer guarantees (e.g. are faulty, unsafe, or not as described), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

6. Refunds and “Change of Mind”

• We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or no longer wish to use your voucher.

• Refunds are only available where required under the ACL.

7. Business Changes

• If our business is sold or transferred as a going concern, outstanding vouchers will continue to be honoured by the new owner.
